We ship our orders within 24-72 hours (unless it is a restocked article)and make our best endeavour that it reaches our customers on time. You will receive order tracking details shortly once the order is placed in your email.

Delivery Time For Domestic Orders:

In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 5-7 days’ time (after dispatch) (the delivery might take more or less amount of time in rare cases depending upon the accessibility of location, time of the year as well as any external uncontrollable factors impacting any region)

Expedite / Urgent Delivery Request:

Delivery Time Exceeded:

We are committed to delivering your orders on time and would try our best to ship the orders timely, as per our promise. We use third-party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery post-handover of the product. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment.

Cancellations:

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take with respect to your order, or issue a credit note.

DUTIES & TAXES

Goods and Service Tax:

GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products.

Import Duties & Taxes:

Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country, and Attire by Ayaana encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, Attire by Ayaana will not be responsible for the non-delivery of orders, and will not be able to provide any support.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation and Exchange is possible of an order until the point it is not shipped and refund would be credited with in 5 to 7 working days. In case of cancellation a credit note will be issued (no refund will be granted) to be adjusted against the next purchase

Returns :

We do not accept any returns for orders shipped.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

Exchange not accepted due to colour Differences. A 10-15% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. Exchange not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order.

Exchange due to size issues :

Please refer to the size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please connect on +91 9741833550  mentioning the order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 24 hours once you receive your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis. Kindly take note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon the availability of your size in your design at that time. Minimum 350 additional charge for 500gm parcel (additional charges applicable depending upon weight).If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 350. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pincode. In this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

Exchange due to Damaged Products :

It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect products, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in a rare scenario, if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Please connect on +91 9741833550  with details of the issues you are facing along with an order opening video for verification purposes along with product images within 24 hours once you receive your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available. In case it’s not available we would provide you a store credit of the same amount. The validity of the credit voucher issued will be of 30 days.
